Planning ahead and working with us as your project progresses, influences both the quality and the cost of your final product.
Quality implies the ability of a product or process to meet expectations. A good product may not have sufficient quality if the customer expected more, and a product that greatly exceeds expectations may be too expensive for cost efficiency. Quality is best achieved when expectations and product or performance requirements are clearly defined in the planning stages.
Want to know the secrets to successful preparation of electronic files? We can offer helpful information for file manipulation and even give you a submission checklist to use before sending us your electronic files.
Need good printing in a hurry? Who doesn't? The most important step to insuring quality and quick turnaround may seem obvious, but it is often overlooked: Communication.
Avoid last minute changes
When you request a price quote, describe your job in as much detail as possible so we can give you an accurate price–how many pieces you want printed, whether the job is black and white or four-color and how you want the booklets bound or the direct mail pieces inserted. Once an agreement is struck, we use that information to schedule your job.
Problems arise when the job arrives to us and it isn't what was quoted, so the quote must be revised, resulting in additional wasted time.
With all orders you will receive a "soft" proof which is an electronically supplied PDF proof. On more complex orders you will also sign-off on a "hard" copy HP proof for final approval.
How do I reprint an order?
We save all orders and can pull previously printed pieces without any delays. Since the files have already been through our system there is very little work involved in picking up an exact reprint.
How long will it take to print my order?
The starting point for most printing jobs is 5 business days, but your
project may take less or more time depending on the complexity of the
project.

Recycled Printing and Paper
We promote printing on recycled paper and in recent years the cost of recycled paper has plummeted, the quality is stunning and the production and use of recycled paper is more eco friendly than using virgin paper.
